The aluminium posts are sold separately to the aluminium railings, due to the quantity you require varying from each customers project. Email us for a free quote today for the project.

No it will not rust, as it made from 100% aluminium. Unlike other similar products on the market that have some steel parts.

It is just the one height of aluminium post that is available, at 1100mm high. You can cut this product to the size you require but you will then need to re-weld the base plate back onto the post, in order to install it.

We do accept returns. The products must be returned to us at your own cost within 28days. It must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect re-sellable condition. You must attach your name and order number to the box/s in order for the warehouse team to be able to assign the return to your order.  When it is received at the warehouse the team will check the items and inform as to if they are in good condition for us to action a refund.

We despatch most balustrade orders with in 2 working days via a courier DX. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.

DX operate a service where they will contact you via email and/or text regarding the delivery date and time of your order. They will message up to 3 times. You must be in to receive your order, failure to delivery your order will result in a redelivery charge.

For large scale orders this may be delivered on our own lorries.

Almost any surface for example most of our customers install onto either:

• composite decking
• concrete
• brick
• timber
• flag stones
• porcelain tiles

No we currently only supply the aluminium posts and railings in Black.

They are black powder coated – Colour RAL7021

The base plate measures 12cm with four bolt holes of 9mm diameter.

Yes, we have pulled together some key points which can be read here as to the best practices on how to store and handle the balustrade before and during the installation process.

We do not supply the bolts used to secure the posts to your ground surface, these need to be purchased from a local hardware store. We recommend 80-100mm in length for most surfaces

No the aluminium base plate is welded to the post and can only be installed on a flat level surface such as a step, flat concrete/brick, patio or decked area.

We do not stock an option that has a flexible angled base plate attached.
