Do I need to order these?
Generally most customers do not need to order extra rail covers when they are cutting a 6ft rail into multiple sections to be used. Each 6ft rail will come with a pack of covers, you will need extra if you are cutting the rail into 2 sections. For this you would require one extra set of covers.
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns. The products must be returned to us at your own cost within 28days. It must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect re-sellable condition. You must attach your name and order number to the box/s in order for the warehouse team to be able to assign the return to your order. When it is received at the warehouse the team will check the items and inform as to if they are in good condition for us to action a refund.
How many do you get in the rail kit box?
In each 6ft rail kit box you get 1 x pack of plastic rail covers. This pack contains two top rail covers and two bottom rail covers.
If you are cutting your rail into two and are using both sections you will require one extra pack of the rail covers.
Do I need these when installing on the stairs?
No. You will not need these when installing a 6ft rail on the stairs, you will require the stair brackets. This will leave you with a surplus pack a plastic rail covers.
This is the same if you are using the horizontal swivel brackets.
