How true are the photographs of the outdoor plants on the website?
We have worked very hard to ensure that the photographs on the website provide a true representation of the product.
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns, they are to be organised by the customer. The products must be returned to us at your own cost within 28days. It must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect re-sellable condition. You must attach your name and order number to the box/s in order for the warehouse team to be able to assign the return to your order. When it is received at the warehouse the team will check the items and inform as to if they are in good condition for us to action a refund.
Can I put this anywhere outside?
Plants labeled ‘suitable for outdoor use’ have UV stabilising properties to resist strong lightening. While not indestructible, consider positioning to minimize exposure to strong winds or harsh elements.
We despatch most Artificial plant orders with in 2 working day via a courier DX. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.
DX operate a service where they will contact you via email and/or text regarding the delivery date and time of your order. They will message up to 3 times. You must be in to receive your order, failure to delivery your order will result in a redelivery charge.
For large orders these may be delivered on our lorries, if so our transport team will contact you about delivery.
