What is the delivery time frame for this product?
This product is dispatched straight from the warehouse.
If you are only ordering the posts, these will be sent via a courier with a lead time of 4-10 working days, from date of order completed email (not confirmation of order email).
If you are ordering a full balustrade system, posts and glass this will arrive on a wagon/lorry. Lead time of 5-10 working days from date of order completed email (not confirmation of order email).
For all orders you will be required to assist with unloading of the order. Please ensure you have 1-2 able persons to assist with receiving your order.
Can this balustrade system be used on the stairs?
Yes it can.
However the glass would be a bespoke item. To get a quote for your project please email the team with your project drawing (can be a rough sketch or photo) with your measurements.
Does this system meet UK regulations?
To meet UK building regulations the system must be at 1100mm high and have a handrail, if it does not have a handrail then it does not meet regulations. following guidance from our manufactures:
- 1100mm high posts without a handrail can only be used at a maximum height of 600mm above ground level.
- 978mm high posts without a handrail should only be used at ground level.
- All balustrades with a drop of above 600mm from ground must have a handrail to comply with regulations.
If you choose not to follow this advise, you do so at your own discretion.
Will the balustrade rust over time?
No it won’t rust. As it is made from grade 316 stainless steel which is designed for outdoor use.
How to order posts for glass?
When ordering posts and glass for your balustrade, it is essential to check the post measurements, including the dimensions with the clamps attached. To ensure a perfect fit, measure from the inside back of one post clamp to the inside back of the next post clamp in the balustrade run.
Selecting the correct glass pane size based on these measurements will ensure a secure and seamless installation. Always double-check your measurements before ordering to avoid any discrepancies and achieve a professional finish.
It is at the companies discretion to charge for returns should you order the incorrect size glass and/or posts for your project.

Balustrade Corner Post
Achieve a precise 90-degree balustrade corner with the Stainless Steel 40mm Square Corner Post. Made from 316-grade stainless steel, this durable post stands 1100mm high, features a 40mm x 40mm square diameter, and boasts a brushed satin finish. Designed for flat-level installations, it includes four glass clamps and a raised post cap for a seamless fit. Ideal for composite decking, patios, and raised balconies.
The Stainless Steel 40mm Square Corner Post is engineered to create a secure 90-degree turn in your balustrade system. It does not support a handrail, making it ideal for glass balustrades. The raised post cap is included and should be fitted on-site using a rubber mallet. Since bolts are not provided, this post is adaptable to different mounting systems. Most installations require an M12 x 100 bolt for secure fixing.
For next level safety the stainless steel square balustrade posts are compatible with the stock size 1024mm high toughened glass panels. The 10mm thick, toughened safety glass have dubbed corners for extra safety and aesthetic design, the glass complies with British Standards BS EN 12150. These posts can not be paired with the 900mm high glass. With easy installation the square balustrade posts come with glass clamps to be fitted to them, each clamp comes fitted with internal rubbers to suit 10mm glass for secure installation.

To ensure compliance and safety, we recommend the 1100mm post for projects at heights greater than 600mm from ground level should building regulations need to be met. While this system is suitable for lower-level installations. Always check with your local building surveillance before purchasing.
