• When storing outside, keep it raised off the ground. Supported on wooden blocks set, every 500mm will provide even support along the board lengths.
• Ideally, store in a garage, covered area flat.
• Keep all boards covered and dry from the elements.
• It is crucial to keep all boards flat and on a level surface. This will avoid causing the boards to bow or bend.
• When lifting from the wagon, the boards are bound in pairs. Two people are always advised to carry every pair due to their length and weight.
• When an order is being delivered, people must help the driver unload. Failure to do so will result in the order not being delivered.
• Do not drag the boards on rough surfaces or across other boards, this could cause damage to the boards.
• Do not leave metal or tools on the boards for long periods.
• Keep all boards neatly stacked to avoid them falling and becoming damaged.
