Storage and Handling Must dos:

• When storing outside, keep them raised off the ground. Ideally in a shed or garage space where it is dry and clean. This will help to avoid any damage occurring.
• Alternatively store outside off the ground on a level surface and covered to keep them dry.
• Check your products before binning the packaging – you will need this if you wish to return any. All return items must be in its original packaging
• All the aluminium balustrades come in cardboard packaging per product. For small orders these may arrive with a courier service. For larger orders these may arrive on a pallet on our own wagons.
• Please ensure that an able-bodied person is present on site to help the driver unload the wagon and receive the aluminium balustrade rails and posts. We strongly recommend that an able-bodied person is present to do the lifting during unloading. If no one is available to assist, the order may not be delivered.
• Do not drag the aluminium products on rough surfaces or across other products, this could cause damage to the the powder coated surfaces.
• Keep all aluminium rails and posts neatly stacked to avoid them falling and becoming damaged.
