Storage and Handling Must dos:

• When storing them outside, keep them raised off the ground. Ideally, in a shed or garage space where it is dry and clean. This will help to avoid damaging the tiles.
• Alternatively, store them outside off the ground on a level surface, covered to keep them dry.
• Check your products before binning the packaging – you will need this if you wish to return any. All returned items must be in their original packaging.
• All tiles come in wrapped in cardboard sleeves in packs of 2 tiles. For small orders, these may arrive on a crate. For larger orders, these will arrive on a pallet. For example maximum of 64 tiles on one pallet.
• Someone must be on-site to help the driver offload the wagon when the tiles are being delivered. We would strongly recommend a minimum of two able-bodied people. Failure to assist could result in the order not being delivered.
• Do not drag the tiles on rough surfaces or across other tiles, this could cause damage to the porcelain tiles.
• Do not leave metal or tools on the porcelain tiles for long periods.
• Keep all porcelain tiles neatly stacked to avoid them falling and becoming damaged.
