Are the hedge tiles fire retardant?
Yes – All of our artificial hedge tiles are fire retardant – Class C certified. Please contact us to see a copy of the test report certificate.
Do you except returns?
We do accept returns, they are to be organised by the customer. The products must be returned to us at your own cost within 28days. It must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect re-sellable condition. You must attach your name and order number to the box/s in order for the warehouse team to be able to assign the return to your order. When it is received at the warehouse the team will check the items and inform as to if they are in good condition for us to action a refund.

The hedge tiles have male/female parts, that connect together with the next tile. They are very easy to connect together.

How do you secure them to a brick wall outside or an indoor wall?
For the best result we would recommend securing a wooden frame to the wall, depending on the size of the wall add in a few mid way timbers, them fix galvanished wire mesh to this frame. Now you can connect your tiles together and secure them to the wire musg using cable ties. This saves you puting a lot of nails/screws into a wall.
How would you secure the hedge tiles to a fence?
When securing the tiles to a fence you could use U-shaped nails, these can be found in most hardware stores. We do not supply them.
Can I cut the hedge tiles?
Yes you can do, you will need a strong pair of scissors to do so and once it has been cut it will not affect the appearance of the tiles.
How is it delivered?
We despatch all our Artificial hedging orders within 2 working day via a courier. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days following this.
Your order, depending on size will either be sent with Fedex, DPD or DX all who operate a service where they should contact you via email and/or text regarding a delivery time frame for your order.
For large scale orders this may be delivered on our own lorries.
