Click & Collect

The Outdoor Look Click & Collect service lets you choose and pay for your products online. You can then collect them free of charge from our warehouse in Accrington, Lancashire BB5 5YJ.

Please note: we do not have a showroom.

Once you’ve placed your order

• We’ll email you confirmation of your order immediately, and you’ll receive a follow up email or call from our head office to arrange what day you can collect your order from.
• Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you – either on your phone or tablet, or a printed copy of the email.
• Collect same day – Please call before ordering to discuss times.
• Weekend collections – Not available.
