At The Outdoor Look, we aim to make your composite decking project as smooth as possible — from order to installation. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your decking will arrive, and how to return items if needed.
Delivery Information
We deliver composite decking across mainland UK using our own vehicles and trusted pallet networks, depending on the size of your order.
Standard Decking Orders
Lead time: 3–7 working days. Boards arrive ready to install.
Accessories & Fixings
Lead time: 3–7 working days. Shipped with your decking or separately; we’ll confirm dispatch.
Remote Area Deliveries
Lead time: 5–10 working days. Additional charges may apply for postcodes KW, IV, AB, PH, DD and BT - contact us for a quote.
Delivery Charge
A flat fee of £120 applies per composite decking order.
Dispatch Notification
You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order is on the way. Larger items may arrive via pallet with a pre-arranged delivery slot.

Delivery is kerbside only — please ensure someone is available to assist with unloading if required
Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge

Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. If you need to return a product, we’ll do our best to make the process simple.
Return Conditions
Returns must be notified by email within 14 days of delivery
All returns are made at the customer’s expense
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
You must include either the original invoice or packing slip with the return
Faulty or wrong goods: Report within 48 hours; we’ll replace or refund at no charge.
Refund timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days once returned items pass inspection.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
