Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with the products that you buy from The Outdoor Look. If you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition and packaging within 28 days from the date received. All you’ll need is the receipt, order confirmation, or sales invoice and we will exchange the product or issue a refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to return all items to the business. We would advise using a courier to ensure items are tracked. Please contact us to discuss your return for the best process.

We are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that do not come back in the same condition they arrived in.
