Storage and Handling Must dos:

• When storing outside, keep the roll raised off the ground and covered. Artificial grass is incredibly heavy when wet, keeping it dry and covered will help prevent this.
• Artificial grass comes rolled and wrapped in plastic.
• Check your products before binning the packaging – you will need this if you wish to return any. All returned items must be in their original packaging.
• When artificial grass is delivered, someone must be on-site to help the driver offload the wagon, regardless of the order size. We strongly recommend a minimum of two able-bodied people depending on order size. Failure to assist could result in the order not being delivered. 
• Do not drag the faux grass on rough surfaces as this could cause damage the packaging.
• Do not leave anything on top of the roll for long periods. 
• Store the roll laying down, not vertically, as depending on the size of the roll, this could become unstable and fall.
